Re: Cricket Australia
I agree, I have seen similar problems in India in recent years. Unfortunately it happens, but it is certainly no excuse for Australia to do it to anyone, just as much as it is no excuse for anyone else to do it, including India, however it is not generally a part of the Indian culture but a few igno...

Re: Progress of Bangladesh
Bangladesh have just put in a real team effort in the first innings of the second test massing over 400 with 5 player scoring 50s. I would love to see much more of this, have one player score 100+ and 3 or 4 score 50s around him.

Re: Cricket Australia
The biggest problem is not simply confined within cricket. In fact cricket is probably one of the least racist driven forces in Australia. But rather the problem that has been outlined, simply signifies just how much of that kind of behaviour does still exist in Australia. I agree that it should be ...

Hughes back in test team for 1st test Watson out
Im a little confused at the ommision of shane Watson from the first test, maybe its just a rest. I though North would be the one on the chopping block for the Aussies. Perhaps this series will be Norths last chance to step up to the mantle.

Re: Mushfiqur and Mahmudullah played well
Bangladesh are definitely showing signs of improvement Mushfiqur is certain one that is maturing very nicely into a very good player. Shakib is another, Tamim and Mahmudullah Mushrafe and Abdur Razzak. I think in the next twelve months we will see a more than useful Bangladesh team.

New Zealand refuse to tour Zimbabwe... again
Why dose cricket have to mix itself with politics so often. New Zealand cricket has cited security as its main concern but other teams have toured recently without any risk what so ever. The cancilation has the distinct stench of political manouvering. Although to New Zealands credit they have said ...

Re: Harbahjan - provocateur, liar, cheat?
Being a professional sports person you must set a positive and good example for the younger kid just learning the game because these guys are heros for those kids. It is not to justify provoking him, but he should be enough of a man that he can walk away. The behaviour of Harbahjan and sreesanth is ...

Shakib is a special find for Bangladesh, I agree with you both definitely. But Tamim I think could be quite special too in time.
